IPS Industrial Health Services

Industrial Paramedic Services offers a variety of Industrial Health Services on site, our Nisku field office and mobile trailers. These services are administered by experienced and trained personnel. Our management team has over 20 years experience with Industrial Health Services so you can ensure you are in good hands with every service your company may require. These services include:

1) Substance abuse specimen screening and testing: DOT Certified, non DOT ability

• Urine Screen Dip Collection
• Urine Lab Confirmation
• Oral Fluid Substance Screening
• Oral Fluid Lab Confirmation
• Breathalyzer Test
• Oral Fluid Alcohol Detection

2) Respiratory mask fit testing (Quantitative):

• Full face, half mask and N95 testing in compliance with Alberta OH&S and CSA Standard Z94.4-2

3) Hearing conservation and testing:

• Tests conducted by certified audiology technicians
• Audiograms for baseline, annual and bi-annual testing as per Alberta OH&S code Section 223
• Results interpretation by physician and/or audiologist

*Respiratory and hearing services are tracked by electronic database for consistent administration and recall.
